Term of Service

*Before ordering, please make sure to read my term of service carefully.
The commission is for personal use only. If you have any questions, send me a direct message on my social media or email.

Me, Bweadyowo (the artist):⬥ I have the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for personal reasons.
⬥ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
⬥ I can post/upload the artwork on any platform, and my portfolio.
⬥ I will not take commissioned artwork to profit.You (customer/commissioner):
⬥ You may upload the artwork on any website and social media. If you do, please credit me.
⬥ You must NOT use the artwork for profit. (merchandise and advertisement purpose)
⬥ You must NOT modify my artwork in any sort of way.
⬥ You must NOT remove my watermark.
⬥ You must NOT claim the artwork as yours.
⬥ If you don't want me to upload the artwork on social media, inform me beforehand.*Commercial use will cost extra. (Please inform me beforehand)

Payment

🍂 Show the receipt for approval payment.⬥ I will start commission AFTER you pay me fully. ( If you have a reason to half payment, half payment for starting of your commission, and another half will be approval of sketch phrase.)
⬥ If you want a refund, it is acceptable only when I haven't started your commission.
⬥ If I want to cancel the commission due to personal reasons, you will receive a full refund. (I will inform you first before proceeding to work on your commission)
⬥ If you chargeback with any sort of poor reason, you will be on my blacklist.

Work speed

⬥ Don't rush me or else your commission will end up bad quality. I'm quite a perfectionist for sketching, colouring, and detail.
⬥ I will do my best to finish your commission as fast as I can.
⬥ If you want to give me a deadline, please inform me and we'll discuss it.
⬥ The commission process will be 5 days until two weeks or 2 to 3 months.
⬥ If I delay your commission, I might not be feeling well or personal problem.
⬥ Throughout the process, a screenshot of the artwork with my watermark will be shown in a private message.

Correction & revision

⬥ The first five revisions will be free. You can pinpoint any part that needed to be changed. Further revisions will be charged cost extra.
⬥ Major detail changes will cost extra. ( complex character, pose and outfit and etc)
⬥ Finish artwork will be sent through email or google drive. (JPG,PNG, and watermark)
